COVID-19 GUIDANCE

We aim to provide you with the service you are used to, whilst minimising the risk.

We have enhanced our sanitising and disinfecting routines based on guidance from the Pet Industry Federation.

Please cancel your appointment if you are feeling unwell and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.

If you are shielding or wish to maintain social distancing, we can arrange to carefully exchange dogs outside.

Clients are welcome into the premises, but we ask that you remain in the reception.
